Christmas in Seoul (2018)

We came across this biscuit and boy, Little One went bonkers over it! To the point, we bought a huge box of 24 pieces at the airport for him... :P
What hey! What is it? Well, Christmas was just the next day and there's muffins or rather Manoffin. A set of 4 for 10,000 won.
Nice.
I also decided to try something else... since this cost way much lower than a comparable fast food, I decided to give it a go.
So... what do you get? Quite a lot from the looks of it. And quite yummy too...!
In my small little family of three, we have a little tradition or rather we created one of our own: Every Christmas, we would have a Christmas Log Cake. So here it is... in Seoul. Bought from Paris Baguette ...

And complete with a Christmas Day visit to the Cathedral... which unfortunately, had services running, so weren't allowed to enter.
As you can see, quite a lot of visitors too!
Imagine caroling at minus 17C (-17C)... brrrrrr...
You have my admiration.
Like most Catholic churches, there is a nativity set.
And what is interesting, is that situated below the cathedral complex is an underground mini shopping cum cafe store... Interesting!
In order to get to the Cathedral, and back, it was quite an ordeal. While yours truly researched and noted that there would be quite a lot of people, unfortunately, it's more like everybody is there... out on the streets.
Certainly not for claustrophobic and crowd hating kind of people if you are one of them...

The End.
