You might thereafter ask, if you've already visited, why then the need to visit Birmingham's version? Well, as it turns out, we found it to be much more immersive than London's version!
One that he thoroughly enjoyed immensely.
First up, penguins.
Big smiles because...
Greeting Little One early on is one of his favourites - Moray Eel.
Hiding somewhere in this giant tube! For some one his size, the tanks are of his height and this is why I stated that he enjoyed himself immensely. It's all eye level for him... plus many exhibits had child entrances (holes or small tunnels) for them to hide / crawl through.
Like so...
"Hello There Traveller!!!"
Next up: Puffer Fish
Lion Fish
This small little tunnel had Little One crawling through and pretending that he was one of the clownfish as you could see them from 'inside and outside'.
Think you can spot what's hiding...?
Harlequin
Some more rays
Is that an octopus?
An overview of some of the exhibits as you snake your way down.
Horseshoe crab
Can you spot something...???
No aquarium is complete without Jellyfish
Turtle lazily swimming by...
Leopard Shark
Posing with his favourite sharks...
A view of the walking tunnel from a different angle
What are you telling me Little One?
Or is that his peace sign?
The End.
