Te Anau

Next stop Te Anau, a little town that is the staging area for those heading for Milford Sound and Glow Worm Caves. One can also stay in this little town if one is heading for Doubtful South. Either of these 2 trips require a 1 full day tour.

Anyway, Te Anau is situated next to a lake. A big one... as you will see from below...

Imagine if you stay here... heavenly, no?
If you prefer to fly...
But most prefer the boats...

Driving on our NSE is boring compared to the next few images... it sure takes the boredom away!
