This is a photoblog. But unfortunately, some other things got my attention and I just have to mention it out!
A) Poor Customer Service...
IF you work as a CS, be it as a frontliner in a store or via the phone, etc, it is expected of you to know your stuff. Otherwise please, please, PLEASE don't bother working there with the "I couldn't care less attitude!".
Case in point: Yours truly was in a popular shopping mall in Sunway and entered a well known Electrical store. Now, yours truly's brother was shopping for a new notebook. So I followed him into the store and the assistants just left us alone. Not such a bad problem really as I'm one of those who prefer to browse quietly and not have you snapping at my heels! ANYway, my brother had spotted the notebook that he was interested was and seeing as a brochure was next to the equipment, he proceeded to read it. What he was looking for was the weight which unfortunately was not stated. So he got somebody's attention and then proceeded to ask what's the weight. The answer?
He was handed the brochure! When he ask again, as yours truly was messing with the next notebook, the assistant answered, "Don't touch that". HUH?
So my brother says, "It's not in the brochure. What's the weight?" He was ignored...
So we walked out...
B) Wasted food.
On the SAME weekend, was at outside waiting patiently and next to us was a bakery. Well known franchise brakery. As it was 2200H, they were closing. Nothing wrong with that. Right? Of course. BUT what pissed me off was that one of their workers proceeded to fill a garbage bag of 5-6 trays of buns of different kinds. Just DUMPING them into the bag. All that WASTED FOOD!!! My ... gosh. Couldn't they have given them away to orphanages or old folks homes, etc??? In the end, the bag was 3/4 full...
Words just fail me...
As seen through my eyes (from my trusty Pentax K100D, K7, Sony's NEX-F3, Xperia M5 and NOW Huawei Honor 7). What captures my fancy, it's posted here. From visiting's to well, just about anything and everything I've been asked to photograph.
