More CNY shots of Low Hei

You saw a dish earlier on with chopsticks by the side and must be wondering what the dickens it is... Well, this is one dish that is born in Malaysia and is making it's way across the world...
We call it Yee Sang. But before you eat, you toss it ... high up in the air. The higher one toses, the more luck / wealth one would accumulate for the new year.
Whether one gets it, it's hard to confirm tho...
