Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 - Cosplay

If you've been following this blog, you would have seen the teasing shots of the hat, amongst other things. Well, below would be the reason why...
The missus fashioned her costume after Angelica's in POTC4... And those 2, her best buddies, as Captain Jack and Blackbeard.
Right Jack. What's with the face?
Kid: Mummy, why is that person holding the sword making that kind of face ah?
Facing the mob... ooops. Crowd.
Jack: Please don't touch my face with the sword?
Peekaboo Jack.
Swavvy, baby?
I swear I didn't do it!
Really, I'm innocent, pleads Jack.
And I WILL kill you when I get another chance!
Hang on. Hang on... Can we talk about this?
Jack & Angelica conspiring something against Blackbeard?
But let's just pose for the photo 1st...
Oh heck, here's a ready victim to die...!
Sorry Jack. But it's off with the head for you!
Grandma: I can show you a thing or two with these fists, Blackie!
Pose #1
Pose #2
Still more wanting to kill poor Blackbeard.
Hmmm... what do you think is over there? Is it The Black Pearl?
But 1st, let me make a call to find out!
Hah! You think that's your ship? Pfffffffffffft!!!
Ohhhhh... All that rum... I need to take a leak...
The missus finally getting some time alone with the ship.
Jack's mine Angelica! Hand's off him!
Jack: Now now ladies... no need to fight!
The usual ladies man that Jack is...
Blackbeard, you are no match for my sword skills
Or maybe not
In the end, all got caught... by 2 mall guards!
Missus trying out the pose as in that which is seen on the posters, etc.

The End.

Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 - Lego's!

Lego, decided to join in the merchandising fun and as such, release quite a number of sets...
These too, were available for public viewing in Midvalley, off the Center Court, near MPH, Jusco, Secret Recepi on the Ground Floor...
Where are you heading off to Jack?

"All right, men. Spread out and look for Captain Jack!"
"There he is! After him...!"
And as usual, Jack finding trouble or is it the other way round?
For once, Jack isn't in this picture! :)
But being the usual scallywag that he is, he's in here popping up to steal ... Pls watch POTC4!
And is still stealing...
Nothing ever works out fine for Jack...
Looks like a carpet of ... green stuff? But really nicely done. From POTC2...
Had we enough of Jack, I think so. I don't see him up there fighting!
But you WILL see him ... in this picture. You just need to open it to it's size to spot him...
Hint: You're not contemplating suicide, are you Jack?
Angelica musing away of her time with...???
The Queen Anne's Revenge.
Can you spot the tiny minifigs in there? Sorry, no prices for guessing them out...

The End.

Pirates Of The Caribbean 4 - Ship Replica

In conjunction with the launch of POTC4, Midvalley Megamall decided to put up a replica... a HUGE one in fact in it's center court. Below are the snapshots of it...
View from 2nd floor.
From the back. Darn good work i'd say. Well made. Complete with loads of intricate stuff. Pity we're not allowed aboard tho...

See what I mean by intricate work?
And yes, no pirate ship is complete without the all too familiar figure that adorns its bows...
Bottom, back. This just tells you how much of work went into it!
Towering above!
And no pirate ship will be complete without it's pirates, no?
Yes, Jack... That's Captain Jack Sparrow came a calling...

The End.

Google Chrome Angry Birds - Google Dimensions

As many are aware, this game has now made it's way to Google's Chrome browser for FREE. All one has to do is to visit http://chrome.angrybirds.com

Of course, there's the debate of whether it's played better on Chrome or FireFox or IE, but I'll leave that out.

Anyway, for those that are playing, there is a special section dedicated to to this online version only, and it's called Chrome Dimension, after the 1st level.

I found out that this comes from Level 1-16, 1-18 and 1-20. What you need to do is to ZOOM ALL THE WAY OUT and you'll spot the Chrome logo. Hit it and forget about the pigs. You would have cleared them way before this anyway, if you're reading this post. This will unlock Dimensions steps 1 to 3.

For a better representation, refer to this website: http://www.angrybirdsnest.com/2011/05/how-to-unlock-all-the-angry-birds-chrome-dimension-levels/

Enjoy... and I'll revert back to my photoblog shortly... he he
