4th International Putrajaya Balloon Festival

Now, yours truly wasn't suppose to be doing this, but it so happens that my trusty ol' SLR was with me and as I drove, this little (?, yeah, right!) Kiwi bird decided to float its way across the road that I usually drive on to work.

Ah well, since it came my way... I shall do some balloon homage!
See what I mean?
And decided to play Peek-A-Boo.
Guess Kiwi bird wasn't the only one to come this way...
So were 2 more.
And one of them decided to crash land at Dell's office. Wonder what the folks at that building must have thought? But then again, with the Fire Brigade just opposite them, what's there to worry?
Is this one going to suffer the same fate too?
Or trying to help ALL Malaysians by doing something to help every sane tax paying Malaysian? :p

Unfortunately, no. It never made it there.

Oh well, wishful thinking right? He he.

The End.

Wow... Our picture appeared in Weddings Malaysia!

Consider this book like a Wedding Guide book. Things that any couple who is going to get married needs to know. Of course, it will contain a lot of adverts and not to mention...
A photo of you... or in this case, us; taken by Steven Leong, our wedding photographer.

Its the fact that our photo made it into a print medium that got us excited!

Thanks to our wedding witness, Cherry who spotted us in this book. And you can see her in the background too. :)
So Cherry, you're famous too. He he.

The End.

About 200km north of KL, is a city that is almost halfway if you travel between KL and Penang (about 350KM north of KL).

While the night was done spending watching a local production of Hairspray, the next day was spent attending  church service and wondering around Ipoh's most famous buildings...
And yes, this particular church is a predominant Indian community church. Hence, Tamil writing.

It's exterior. I'll let you guess where it is, but it's situated in Taman Silibin.
And now, possibly the most famous building in Ipoh. And an almost identical twin of KL's old train station...
More pictures at the bottom of this post.
The infamous Death Railway.

There's quite a nice little park at Ipoh's Station. One that we decided to spend some time with...
And across the road is annother colonial building. As one can see, well restored. Great to see all these here...
More time at the park
The picture says it all.
You should be able to guess what this is all about... :)
A walkway in the corridor leading to the entrance of the station.

Hairspray - A local version done in aid of charity in Ipoh, November 2011

We are were here to watch Hairspray, a musical that we had the opportunity 1 year earlier to watch live whilst we were in Melbourne. While that one was a professional production, this one is ... a local one and of course, with very limited budget.

But 1st, as this was a charity thingy, it wasn't all about Hairspray. There was ... another performance before it. And so, I'll entertain you with fairies prancing around ...
Don't ask me what's it all about, coz I've forgotten!
Ooooooh... and here comes the baddie.
Why is it that the bad guy always gets more prominence? Guess secretly, everybody wants to be bad?
 And the end...
And here we start. Good Morning Baltimore and hello Tracy.
But actually, we were here for one reason: To support our friend. Care to guess who? :)
 Move Amber!
 Just so like Link!

This was a really cool shot. I was more excited over the shadows than them! ha ha
Still can't figure out who the camera is following the most? :P
Hey momma, hey... with Mr Pinky!
 Motormouth done very well.

 Another great shadow shot.
Oh Link... you set so many hearts abeatting ... :D
 And made many jealous...
Okay okay. Coming to the end. It's time for Miss Teenage Hairspray competition.
Brought to you by ... Ultra Clutch!
 Whoa Penny!
 And Penny gets her man!
Yes, there was lots of jumping during You Can't Stop The Beat

I can out jump you man... Sorry guys, but Edna beats you guys by hairs breath! :P
 Edna and Wilbur.
 Corny and Motormouth.
 Finale resuming...
 And altogether now... Jump!
Well done Jaime! You nailed it very well...

The End.

Shark Filled Post!

Little One has been nothing short of bewitched over Sharks. And for 2017, his headmistress had a shark costume for his annual recital then....
